Description

A fun and comprehensive tour of a farm that combines petting farm animals, observing crops, tasting coffee, and hiking. A morning experience to enjoy nature.
The tour starts at 8:00 AM at the pick-up and meeting point at the CreaDora Boquete hotel in Alto Boquete, just 5 minutes from the town center. The trip to the farm, which is 20 minutes away in Jaramillo Arriba in Boquete, is by shared transportation with the other participants, and you will be able to enjoy incredible views of valleys, mountains, and the Barú volcano.

Upon arrival at the farm, you will be given a welcome talk and an explanation of the farm's history. The tour begins with an encounter with farm animals. You will be able to pet and feed them, as they are very affectionate. Then you'll take part in fun activities for all ages. Afterwards, you will tour the fields of different crops in the area and observe the coffee plantation with its artisanal processes, plus a tasting included. Afterward, you can walk on trails within the estate to learn about the vegetation of the cloud forest and volcanic soil, and get an introduction to birdwatching in the area. Depending on the season, there are streams with small waterfalls where you can swim.

The tour lasts 3 hours and there is a break for learning from the host. A snack is also included. Departure to the starting point is at 11:30 AM.

The meeting point is at the Hotel Creadora Boquete in Alto Boquete (5 minutes from the center of the town of Boquete), opposite Plaza San Francisco. Please be there at least 10 minutes early, as the shared transport leaves for the farm at 8:00 AM sharp.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
