Description

If you are a lover of adventure sports, we offer you the experience of canoeing. We will experience rapids from level II to level IV. Only 20 minutes from the main square of Arequipa.
Itinerary
We will pick you up at your hotel in Arequipa at the chosen time and, after a 20-minute drive, we will enter the Peruvian nature to live an authentic aquatic experience.

We will make a brief stop to put on our equipment and then we will head to the Cave of the Virgin of Chapí de Charcani, located in the Chilina Valley. There we will receive a brief introduction before boarding the boats to start the ride.

For about forty-five minutes, we will navigate through rapids of intermediate difficulty, and immersed in the Chilina River we will enjoy descents, curves and sections with more and less slope. It will be a 6-kilometer trip that we will enjoy with the family in one of the most popular areas of Peru for rafting lovers.

At the end of the experience, we will rest while we have a snack, and then we will return to Arequipa. We will conclude the activity by taking you back to your hotel, where we will arrive three hours after pick-up.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
