The second day involves climbing to Dead Woman’s Pass, the highest point of the trek, visiting the Runkurakay archaeological site, and ending at Chaquicocha campsite.
The third day is a relaxing hike through low altitudes and cloud forests, including Phuyupatamarca and Intipata archaeological sites, ending at Wiñay Wayna campsite.
The final day starts early to reach Sungate for sunrise, followed by a tour of Machu Picchu and a train ride from Aguas Calientes back to Ollantaytambo, concluding with a drive to Cusco. Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
