Discover local markets and prepare your food with the guidance of a local chef.
Our Cooking Classes includes a market tour and tasting of typical fruits, breads and Cheeses from the city and preparation of two peruvian dishes and one drink in base pisco, Classes takes 4:00 hours average , we have two different schedules 9:00 am. And 3:00 pm

Our Cooking menú includes

-ENTRANCE DISH, stuffed chili pepper "Rocoto relleno"( tradicional Dish stuffed chili with meat, onions, peas carrots, peanuts, dry grapes. Or "Causa rellena" potato cake stuffed with avocado, fish, mayonesse, and spices.



-COCKTAIL IN BASE PISCO ( National spirit in base grapes) pisco sour or passion fruit sour.

-MAIN DISH, we have two different options,lomo saltado ( beef, rice, onions, tomaron, soy souce, oyster sauce and vinager) , and ceviche ( trout, mango, avocado, lime juice, onions, celery, ginger, con, and sweet potato).

Each participant chooses their favorite cocktail and main dish, the starter is the same for everyone.
We choose the dishes before start Classes

We have vegetarian options also, and adapt to all diets.

Our meeting point is at 264 San Juan de Dios Street (Calle San Juan de Dios 264), our workshop is in front of the Aranwa boutique Hotel, across the track is a glass and wooden door with no ads.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
