This Culinary experience starts at the meeting point Door Number 1, San Pedro Market. this is the most traditional market of Cusco (since 1925). In the market tour you will discover the most exotic fruits os Cusco, chees, bread, chocolate & cacao, quinua, potatoes and more.

This wonderufl experience continues with a short walk (4 blocks) to the Cooking-Studio located in the historic center of Cusco. The kitchen will be ready to start the Peruvian cooking classes. You will start the class making a Peruvian cocktail: Pisco Sour of Passion Fruit, then Cebiche, Pisco Expresso martini (pisco cocktail), Quinoa Tamal, and the Chicha Punch (pisco cocktail).

Chef Jesus will explain, step by step, how to prepare a 03 Peruvian dishes: Cebiche, Causa Limeña, Quinoa Tamal and the 03 pisco cocktails, there are available Non-Alcoholic verssion of cocktails.
Plus: there is available water

The last course will be the most traditional dessert of Peru: Picarones with honey, there is available version for diabetics without sugar.
