Description
Do you want to breathe fresh air and enjoy mountainous landscapes? You can't miss this trekking route through the 7 lakes of Ausangate.
Between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m., we will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco to go to the village of Tinki.
From there, we will continue to Pacchanta to enjoy a tasty breakfast. With renewed energy, we will prepare to embark on a trekking route through the Nevado Ausangate and its 7 turquoise lagoons.
We will travel through the Vilcanota mountain range discovering the impressive landscape of the Mariposa, Jampa, Pucapunta, Tike and Ausangate peaks. Along the way, we will encounter llamas, alpacas, viscachas and, with a little luck, we will see the majestic Andean condor.
As we ascend, we will make stops at the lakes of Azul Cocha, Pucacocha, Sibinacocha, Otorongo, Alcacocha, Comercocha and a small lake in a very surprising place.
After a short break, we will go down to Pacchanta, where we will leave you an hour of free time to relax in its hot springs. Afterwards, we will recharge our batteries by enjoying a traditional lunch.
Finally, we will head back to Cusco. Around 7:00 p.m., we will leave you around Cusco's main square.
