This incredible Cusco and Machu Picchu Tour 5 days 4 nights is full of adventure, offering the best of the region to explore Machu Picchu, the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Day 1: Pick up from the airport - City tour Cusco
We will send a representative of Chullos Travel Peru who will be waiting for your arrival at the airport and also for your transfer to the hotel. Free morning to rest and acclimatize.
At 2:00 p.m. you will be picked up from the hotel for the City tour and the visit to Qoricancha (temple of the sun), 45 minutes guided visit and then we will go to the car.
After 30 minutes in the car, we will arrive to Sacsayhuaman, where we will have a 1 hour guided visit.
Then we will visit Qenqo, a place of mysticism that you will feel when you enter the rocky outcrop. After 15 minutes of mobility we will arrive at PucaPucara (red fortress) military construction. The last visit will be to Tambomachay known as the Bath of the Inca where water worship was performed. After our tour we will take the bus to return to Cusco, approx., time of arrival at 18:00 pm.
Day 2: Sacred Valley
Our tour starts with the pick up from your hotel at 8.00 a.m. to start the tour of the Sacred Valley, after traveling for 1 hour and a half in mobility we will arrive at the ruins of Pisaq. Then we travel to Urubamba capital of the Sacred Valley where we will have a buffet lunch.
After lunch, we will travel 30 minutes in mobility to reach the town of Ollantaytambo to visit the archaeological site where we will have a guided tour of 1 hour.
After having a guided tour of Ollantaytambo we have to go to the train station to board the train that will take us to Machupicchu town where we will spend the night to visit Machu Picchu the next day (at night the guide will come to the hotel to give you all the details for your visit to Machu Picchu).
Day 3: Machu Picchu
The tour begins very early (04:00 a.m.) with the pick up from your hotel, and then be transferred in mobility to the town of Ollantaytambo where we board our train to the Machupicchu town with a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes. At the train station, our guide will be waiting for you and also with him, we will go to the bus station where we will board the respective bus to get to the incredible wonder of the world Machu Picchu. Arriving at the citadel of Machu Picchu we will show the entrance ticket, from this place we will start the guided tour of 2 hours. Then we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes to have lunch. In the afternoon you will take the train back to Cusco (check-in 30 minutes before the departure of your train). The return will be the same route of the outbound journey, upon arrival at the train station in Ollantaytambo will be waiting to take you to your hotel in Cusco.
Day 4: Moray - Salt Maras
The tour starts with pick up from the hotel at 8:00 am to go to the picturesque town of Maras.
After passing through the town of Maras we will go to Moray where the agricultural laboratory is located which is a place of concentration of feminine energy, which is considered as a magnetic center of the Pachamama where we will have a guided tour of 40 minutes. After the guided tour in Moray we will take our mobility to go for 30 minutes to go the salt mines "salineras" We will have a guided tour of about 1 hour and we will have time to make some purchases of salt bags or any souvenir items.
We will return by the same route to Cusco, the approximate time of arrival is 3:00 pm.
Day 5: Transfer to the airport
Depending on the time of your flight will go to your hotel to transfer you to the airport or bus terminal.
