Join our exciting guided hiking tour to the spectacular Rainbow Mountain. Your adventure begins with pickup from your accommodation in Cusco between 04:00 and 04:30 in the morning. After a 2-hour journey, we will arrive in Cusipata for a comforting breakfast and supplies for the walk.
Subsequently, we will travel for 1 more hour to the starting point of the trail, located at 4850 m. Here, you will begin a 3.5 km hike, exploring flat and uphill terrain until you reach the top of Rainbow Mountain, (at 5,010 m.)
Throughout the journey, you will enjoy stunning views and encounters with wild alpacas, llamas, and vicuñas. Once at the top, you will have free time to rest and, weather permitting, take in the panoramic views and take memorable photos.
After descending for an hour, you will return to the starting point and take transportation to Cusipata, where a delicious local buffet lunch will await you. Finally, you will begin the journey back to Cusco, arriving at the Plaza de Armas between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Live a unique experience in Peruvian nature with our tour to Rainbow Mountain.

Get ready to ascend 3 km to the top of the Montaña de Colores; Acceptable physical condition is required for all participants.
- Make sure you bring a jacket, hat and gloves, as it can get cold in the first hours of the excursion.
- If you need to rent a horse, keep in mind that the provider does not manage these rentals or intervene in the process.
- The provider is not responsible for weather changes during the route; It is recommended to check the forecast before departure.
- If your accommodation is outside the pickup area, a meeting point will be assigned.
- Due to the pick-up service, it may take 30-45 minutes for the supplier to gather the group. If you are one of the first to be picked up, it may take some time before you complete the group pickup.
- Only local currency is accepted for payments and additional expenses.
Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver, holding a sign with your names, will pick you up at the designated city bus stop. If you are staying at a private accommodation, provide the address and phone number for a nearby meeting point. The driver will wait no longer than 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
