Excursion to Humantay Lake with food

Enjoy the natural wonder of the Humantay Lake, located at the foot of the majestic Salkantay Mountain, you will contemplate incredible panoramic views and an incredible guided tour.
We will start our tour by picking you up at your hotel (Located in the historic center of Cusco). Between 4:00 and 5:00 am. You will drive approximately two and a half hours to the village of Mollepata, where you will enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast.

Then we will continue our journey to the community of Soraypampa, located at an altitude of 3900 meters above sea level. On the way, you will enjoy picturesque landscapes and breathtaking views of the snow-capped Salkantay.

Once in Soraypampa, we will begin a 2 kilometer hike, ascending for approximately two hours. The Humantay Lagoon, of a unique turquoise color due to the minerals present in its waters, will be our destination. This lagoon, fed by mountain glaciers, is a natural wonder. Our guide will accompany you during the visit and share with you interesting facts about the place.

After exploring the lagoon, we will descend on foot to the community of Soraypampa and return to Mollepata to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch.

Then we will start our return trip to Cusco, ending our tour around 6:30 pm in the city.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
