The much-awaited day to visit one of the 7 Wonders of the World. Boarding at Cusco or Ollantaytambo railway station. Departure in the selected train. Arrival at the Machu Picchu station. Assistance, from our staff to board the bus that will ascend up a winding road, with a spectacular view of the Urubamba river which forms a deep canyon. The Lost City of the Incas, Machu Picchu, will greet us with its incredible terraces, staircases, ceremonial sites and urban areas. Energy exudes from the whole place. At the coordinated time, return by train and transfer to the hotel in Cusco.

All details are arranged: round trip railway ticket, bus up/down to the citadel, Machu Picchu admission ticket, and an incredible expert local guide.

*All traveler passport details are mandatory for the Machu Picchu Day Trip: Full name, Passport number, date of birth and nationality, otherwise the tour is not confirmed. VIPAC needs these information to issue the entrance fee.
*Machu Picchu Admission ticket is not refundable, don´t accept ammends or date rescheduling.
*Departure train times are depending of service and station that you depart from. Our staff will be confirmed all tour details on time.
*Due to high demand and limited entrances to the citadel, our company will issue your admission ticket on trails 1 or 2 as a priority. If they are not available, trail 3 or 4 will be provided, after prior coordination with the passenger before issuance.
*Travelers must arrive in Cusco at least one day before. We suggest arriving two days in advance to manage any potential flight cancellations or delays. VIPAC is not responsible in the event of cancellations or sickness matters.
*This is shared basis tour, our team will contact you in Cusco to board your train and VIPAC guide will meet you at Machu Picchu town.
There could be a waiting time of up to 40 minutes at Machu Picchu town, depending on your shift hour entrance.
One day before we will contact you to send you the pick-up time and other details of the excursion.
Some hotels or lodgings are in areas where the access by vehicle is not permitted. Send hotel details in order to arrange your pickup and drop-off in a nearby place if necessary.
Easter, July, August, September and New Year are peak seasons.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
