Our team will always prioritize Circuit 2 whenever it is available. If Circuit 2 is sold out at the time of purchase, we will secure Circuit 3 whenever possible. If neither Circuit 2 nor Circuit 3 is available, we will obtain the best available official circuit so you can still visit Machu Picchu on your selected date.
If Circuit 2 or Circuit 3 is unavailable or replaced after booking, we guarantee a full refund for the affected booking.
If we are able to secure your official entry tickets before your arrival, we will notify you immediately. Please note that all Machu Picchu circuits are assigned according to official real-time availability established by the Peruvian authorities.
Important: Circuit 2 or 3 is subject to availability at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend arriving in Aguas Calientes one day before your visit to Machu Picchu, especially during high season when tickets sell out quickly. For the best chances of availability, we highly recommend arriving before 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM the first day.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
