Description
In this tour of the Sacred Valley, we will visit Pisac, 33 kilometers from Cusco (considered the gateway to the Sacred Valley), and then we will visit Ollantaytambo and Chinchero.
The tour starts with the pick up at your hotel, from 7:00-8:00 h approx (near the historic center).
Then we will head to our first destination Pisac place where we will have a guided tour of the archaeological sites, among which are terraces, aqueducts, walls, canals channeled, cemeteries and others.
Then we will go to the province of Urubamba where we will have an Andean buffet lunch, after lunch we will continue through the sacred valley to the town of Ollantaytambo, continuing with the tour we will go to the archaeological center of Ollantaytambo where we will visit the most important sites such as the temple of the sun, in the Inca period was another multifunctional town, it was an administrative, military, social and economic center.
Later we will visit the town of Chinchero, the archaeological part and the textile interpretation centers. Finishing our tour, we will head to the city of Cusco, arriving approximately at 18:00 hours.
