Enter a secret forest and connect with yourself through gentle yoga and Andean sound therapy with ancestral sounds that harmonize body, mind, and spirit.
Depart from Cusco to the Sacred Valley, leaving behind the rhythm of the city to enter a quiet corner of the Andes. After a gentle 20-minute walk, you will arrive at a little-known forest, far from any tourist circuit, surrounded by mountains, water, and natural light: a perfect place for contemplation and calm. In this magical and sheltered environment, you will begin an intimate and conscious experience. You will start by giving thanks to Pachamama and the entire environment, then begin with a yoga session that is accessible and respectful of each body, focused on breathing, presence, and relaxation. Next, sound therapy with traditional Andean instruments invites you to listen deeply, where the sound guides you to a state of inner balance.

At the end of the session, you will embark on a slow and mindful walk. In silence, you will open yourself to contemplation of the surroundings and the subtle echo of what you have experienced, a meditation in motion that invites you to anchor the experience in the depths of your being, in intimate dialogue with the earth, the sky, and your own presence. Finally, you will return to Cusco city.
