The experience begins with our renowned house appetizer, a true journey through Calabrian gastronomy. A rich selection of handcrafted specialties that may include local cold cuts and cheeses, seasonal vegetables, typical preserves, porcini mushrooms, traditional hot and cold dishes, and many other specialties that tell the culinary history of Calabria. A generous and varied starter, designed to introduce our guests to the authentic soul of the local cuisine.

Among the stars of our menu are porcini mushrooms, used in numerous recipes that enhance their aroma and flavor: appetizers, pasta dishes, side dishes, and seasonal specialties that showcase one of the most beloved ingredients of Calabrian mountain cuisine.

A great deal of space is also dedicated to cod, an ingredient that is symbolic of the gastronomic tradition of Southern Italy. You can enjoy it in a variety of traditional preparations: stewed, with potatoes and peppers, with olives and capers, in pasta dishes, or in other recipes that bring out its delicate and unique flavor. This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
