With the tour guide of an expert local chef, you will walk through the stalls, interact with the vendors and select the fresh, native ingredients needed to prepare delicious Peruvian dishes.

The magic of the tour continues with a cooking class, where you will choose from irresistible options such as the classic **Ají de Pollo y Causa Limeña**, the tasty **Lomo Saltado con Papa Rellena**, the refreshing **Ceviche y Pescado a la Chorrillana**, or the delicious and healthy **Pimiento Relleno y Solterito**. You will be amazed by the Plaza Mayor, the imposing Cathedral, the Archbishop's Palace and the Monastery of San Francisco, with its mysterious catacombs. Every corner of this city, known as the "City of Kings", holds stories and colonial architecture that will captivate you.

We will end the tour with a visit to San Martin, the old train station, and other emblematic sites, before taking you back to your hotel, around 5:30 PM, with unforgettable memories of this day full of flavors and Peruvian culture.
