This unique tour invites you to discover the local life of Lima in an authentic way, away from the traditional tourist routes. At 9:00 AM, an expert tour guide will pick you up at your hotel to begin a fascinating journey to the district of Villa El Salvador, an area famous for its vibrant community and lively atmosphere. During the tour, you will climb the famous "yellow stairs," a landmark that offers breathtaking panoramic views of Lima. Along the way, you will interact with local residents, see their homes and learn about their stories, giving you an up-close look at Lima's culture.

The tour will take you walking through the streets as locals and their families welcome you, and you will have the opportunity to stop and take pictures with them. You are also likely to cross paths with local artisans who create beautiful pieces of handmade utensils. On your way down the hill, you will visit a local kindergarten (depending on the day), where you can join the children in activities such as soccer or volleyball.

At 1:00 PM, you will enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

Then, in the afternoon, you will continue your adventure in the historic center of Lima, a place full of history and heritage. We will visit the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, the Archbishop's Palace and many other emblematic places such as the San Francisco Monastery and its catacombs. You will finish the tour with a visit to La Union Street, a place full of charm and tradition. The tour concludes around 5:30 PM, when we will drop you back at your hotel, having lived an enriching and authentic experience of Lima.
