Learn the most innovative techniques for catching fish by going fishing in South Lima with us. You'll try out spin fishing and spin casting with a drone during this unique experience.
At 6 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Barranco or Miraflores and head to southern Lima. After around 1 hour, we'll come to a beach area that's popular with local fishermen and anglers.
While enjoying the fresh sea breeze off the Pacific Ocean, we'll learn the techniques of spinning and spin fishing. For the first one, we'll use the rod and line. When we try spin fishing, we'll find out how to cast a fishing line with the aid of a drone.
You'll learn how to set up a fishing line using bait or lures to attract fish, as well as how to cast the rod and line correctly. When we use the drone, we'll be able to cast our lines out to a distance of 656 feet (200 metres).
As you try out these fishing techniques, you'll be able to observe the seabirds flying over the coast. After the activity, we'll cook the catch of the day and you'll get to taste some fresh fish dishes.
Our activity will then come to an end as we return to the starting point and say our goodbyes after 6 hours of fun.
