At the restaurant, a renowned chef will explain how ceviche is prepared - without a doubt, Peru's most typical dish! After adjusting our aprons and preparing all the kitchen equipment, we will begin to prepare this exquisite recipe, which has become a symbol of Latin American gastronomy.

First of all, we will cut the fish tacos, which will be the indispensable base of our ceviche recipe. Next, we will prepare the garnish and the citrus dressings with which we will accompany the dish.
