From Iquitos: 3 days/2 nights in Amazonian lodge with meals

Iquitos is one of the most emblematic destinations to visit Peruvian jungle, giving you the opportunity of a unique connection with nature and wildlife for 3 days living in the depths of the jungle.
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to the Amazon lodge in Iquitos
You will be picked up from the airport or hotel in Iquitos to be transferred to the pier and board a boat with which you can navigate the Amazon River and observe different tribes that live in the area.
Arriving at the Amazonian Lodge you will enjoy a pleasant typical drink of the place and you will be assigned your room. After lunch you will have the opportunity to take a walk through the jungle to learn about the flora and fauna of the area and you will get to observe the sunset over the great Amazon River.
You will continue with a night walk in which you will observe insects, tarantulas, batrachians, among others. Finally you will return to the Lodge for dinner. Night in our Amazonian Lodge.

DAY 2: Amazon Lodge - Yaguas - recreational fishing
In the morning you will need to wake up early for a morning excursion and observe birds such as the legendary Shansho-hoatzin. You will return to the lodge so you can have breakfast and then continue with the tour visiting the Yagua native group so you can learn about their way of life. In addition, you can make handicrafts and immediately afterwards you can enjoy a pleasant, typical local lunch.
To end this day, you will take a tour sailing along the Amazon River on a night canoe excursion and you will have the opportunity to listen to the typical sounds of the humid tropical jungle while watching the sunset. Finally you will return to the lodge for dinner and rest. Night in our Amazonian Lodge.

Day 3: Amazon River - return to Iquitos
In the morning and after breakfast you will observe the largest aquatic plant in the world: the “Victoria Regia”. Afterwards, you will take a tour along the Amazon River, visiting a riverside family who are in charge of preserving some varieties of animals such as: sloths, monkeys, turtles, “Anacondas” or boa constrictors.
Finally, in the afternoon a delicious lunch will be waiting for you before returning to the city of Iquitos.
