This Amazonian city is the gateway to the jungle for outdoor excursions that await you. The 'City of Palm Trees', as it is known, is today the main tourist and commercial source of this region.
DAY 1
We will wait for you at the airport according to your flight itinerary to take you to the chosen hotel.
DAY 2.
Breakfast 8.30 am. Full Day Blue Lagoon
Return: 5.30 pm Depart from your hotel towards the town of Sauce, on the way we will cross the majestic Huallaga River aboard a raft and with 40 min. Further traveling we arrived at the Blue Lagoon, whose name has merit in the beautiful color of its waters that reflect the skies of the town. Ideal place to visit with family and friends. We will take a boat ride of approximately 1 hour, along the way you will be able to observe different species of birds, such as: herons, kingfishers and eagles; Likewise, fish like the gamitana, paco and boquichico. We will enjoy a tourist lunch in a comfortable restaurant in front of the beautiful landscape that the Lagoon offers us. Free time to swim, sunbathe, visit the various craft stalls or do some water sports activity (jet ski, kayak) Meals: Breakfast + tourist lunch
Day 3:
Tour to the Ahuashiyacu Falls
Breakfast 10.00 am.
Return: 1.00 pm Whose name means “singing water” or “laughing water”, it is a spectacular waterfall approximately 40 meters high. It unfolds along the Escalera Mountain Range to the natural trench at its base, where you will enjoy a refreshing dip in its cool waters. The place is also impressive for the flora, among which a great variety of orchids and ferns stands out. You can observe butterflies, insects and birds in the area. Lunch at a tourist restaurant in Tarapoto 3.00 pm.
Return: 7.00 pm The town of Lamas is located 30 min. From Tarapoto. This city is known for its immense cultural value. It is divided into 2 sectors; The Wayku neighborhood in the lower part where we find the native Quechua speakers and they are characterized by preserving and conserving their ancient customs. In the lower part we find the mestizos. We will visit: The Plaza de Armas + The Castle + The Mirador + Wayku Neighborhood + Oro Verde coffee tasting.
