From San Martín: Tarapoto and Chachapoyas 9D/8N

Chachapoyas and Tarapoto takes you to explore ancient civilizations, with their impressive tombs and fortresses. An unforgettable trip that offers a unique blend of history and natural beauty.
Day 1: Tarapoto – Native Lamas
Pick up from the airport at the indicated time.
We begin the tour in Lamas Nativa at 3:30 pm, we will visit the central plaza, a natural viewpoint and the Huayco neighborhood.
We return to Tarapoto at 6:00 p.m.

Day 2: Alto Mayo
We leave at 7:30 am towards Alto Mayo on a trip of approximately 2 hours to reach the city of Moyobamba.
In Moyobamba we will visit the central square, the orchid garden, the San Mateo hot springs and we will have coffee tasting.
In the city of Rioja we will see the Cueva de los Guácharos and crafts in general.
In Alto Mayo we will visit the Chuchucenter.
We return to Tarapóto at 5:00 p.m.

Day 3: Blue Lagoon – Chachapoyas
8:30 am we head to Sauce where the Blue Lagoon is located.
In the Blue Lagoon we will have a boat ride until we reach the tourist recreation.
We return to Tarapoto at 5:00 p.m.
8:00 am transfer to Chachapoyas on an 8-hour trip.

Day 4: Kuelap Fortress
Pick up and transfer from the hotel at 4:30 am and we will have enough time to have breakfast
8:30 am we will leave for Nuevo Tingo on a trip of approximately 1 hour.
We will arrive at the ticket office to obtain the tickets and in 10 minutes we arrive at the Nuevo Tingo exit platform.
to the archaeological zone of Kuelap.
We will take a short walk until we reach the impressive ancestral city of Kuelap.
We will return to Nuevo Tingo to enjoy a delicious lunch.
Finally we return to Chachapoyas at 4:00 p.m.

Day 5: Karajía Sarcophagi – Quiocta Cavern
8:30 am we will leave Chachapoyas towards the town of Lámud.
At the end of the tour in the Quiocta Caverns, we will have a delicious lunch.
In the afternoon we will go to the town of Cruzpata, we will have a guide and enough time for photographs.
We will return to Chachapoyas at 4:00 p.m.

Day 6: Mausoleums of Revash – Leymebamba
8:30 am we will leave Chachapoyas towards the town of San Bartolo, until we reach the Revash Mausoleums.
In the afternoon we move to the town of Leymebamba where we will have a delicious lunch.
We return to Chachapoyas at 5:00 pm and spend the night.

Day 7: Gocta Waterfall
Pick up from the hotel at 9:00 am to leave for Cocachimba.
Finally at 4:30 pm we will return to Chachapoyas.

Day 8: Huancas – Tarapoto
Pick up from the hotel at 9:00 am.
We will be at the Huanca viewpoint.
We will end with a visit to the Mirador de Luya.
Return to Chachapoyas 1:00 p.m.
Transfer to Tarapoto from the Chachapoyas land terminal 8:30 pm
Ahuashiyacu Falls – Tarapoto Airport

Day 9
Pick up from the hotel at 10:30 am to head towards the Ahuashiyacu waterfalls.
Before reaching the falls we will make a stop at a viewpoint.
When we arrive at the waterfall, we will have enough time for a swim, relaxation and taking photographs.
At 1:00 pm we will return to Tarapoto and finally transfer to the airport.
