Embark on an exciting three-day expedition through the jungle of Iquitos, learn about the local medicinal plants, enjoy fishing for piranhas and caimans, and watch a beautiful sunrise.

Day 1: Amazon River - Night Hike
-We start with a reception at the port of "Bellavista Nanay".
-We will navigate the Amazon River and we will be able to see the confluence with the Nanay River.
-During the trip we will be able to observe grey and pink dolphins, then we will arrive at the lodge where we will have a delicious lunch.
-After the rest we will take a botanical walk to learn about the medicinal plants that we can find during the tour, we will also have the experience of drinking from the lianas.
-Afterwards a comforting dinner awaits us before we depart on a night walk in search of snakes, tarantulas, frogs, insects, among others.
-Overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Piranha fishing -Caiman hunting
-We will leave very early in the morning to observe the beautiful sunrise in the jungle and to be able to see different species of birds.
-Breakfast on board of the boats.
-Afterwards we will walk through the jungle to observe monkeys in their habitat.
-Lunch at the lodge.
-After our short rest we will go canoeing or kayaking and fishing for piranhas.
-Dinner at the lodge.
-After dinner we will go in search of caimans and other reptile species.
-Overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Observation of sloths -Return to Iquitos.
-We will start with breakfast, then go out to observe sloths and squirrels in their habitat.
-We will go to a riverside community to learn a little about their way of life and customs.
-Lunch at the lodge
-Return to the city of Iquitos to the port of Bellavista Nanay.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
