Description
Enjoy a day excursion through the Tambopata jungle, we will travel to the famous Collpa Chuncho where we will find various species of birds.
-Pick up from the hotel at 3:00 am. We will travel by car to the town of Filadelfia.
-We will board the boat to continue the trip down the river and enter the Natural Reserve.
-We will navigate upriver until we reach the Chuncho sector, where we will find bird species such as macaws, parrots and agoutis.
-We will observe them eating the famous clay as it is said that the birds get their mineral complement in the clay lick.
-Return to the city of Puerto Maldonado at 12:00 or 2:00 p.m. approximately.
