Description
On this 1-day excursion to the islands of Uros and Taquile, live a unique experience traveling by boat with incredible views of Lake Titicaca.
Our tour begins between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. with pick-up from your hotel. We will immediately embark to the floating island of the Uros (approx. 25 minutes) where our guide will introduce us to the most relevant features and experiences of the place.
After visiting Uros, we will continue our experience until we reach the islands of Taquile (2h30min) enjoying the spectacular views that Lake Titicaca offers.
Upon arriving in Taquile we will have a delicious lunch in one of the family houses then we will take a walk of about 30 minutes. To see the main square, from this point we will have beautiful views of Lake Titicaca.
After visiting the Plaza de Taquile, we will return to the port.
Finally we will return to Puno, arriving at approximately 3:30 p.m.
