From Cusco: Full day Uros and Taquile Island

We will visit the famous floating islands of the Uros and the island of Taquile, declared by UNESCO as "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity".
The tour begins with a pick-up at your hotel at 9:00 p.m. to head to the Cusco bus terminal to board the bus to Puno. - Departure: 10:00 p.m. - Arrival: 5:30 a.m. (the next day) Our staff will be waiting for you to arrive in Puno, you will have enough time for breakfast, then we will begin the tour at 7:00 a.m. We will take you to the port of Puno, to board the boat. We will have a guided tour of the Uros Island which is built with totora by its inhabitants, it is used for the construction of their homes, boats (rafts), fuel and as food for human consumption. We will visit the Taquile Island where we will take a 1-hour walk to reach the town and observe the landscape and customs. We will have a typical lunch at a local restaurant, where the inhabitants will show us their way of life through their fabrics. Finally, we will return to Puno arriving at approximately 5:00 p.m. (normal boat). Transfer to the bus station: 9:00 p.m. We will pick you up and transfer you to the Puno bus terminal to board the bus to Cusco. - Departure: 10:00 p.m. - Arrival: 5:30 a.m. (the next day) Our staff will be waiting for you at the Cusco bus station to take you to your hotel.
