• In case of flight delay, please inform the local operator through e-mail or phone call
• If your transfer services is booked between 10pm-4am, please select the add-on of night service surcharge
• The driver will wait at the meeting point for 15 minutes. Please specify what time you want the driver to be at the airport or hotel (regardless of your flight time)
• Departures: the driver will pick you up approximately 3 hours prior to your estimated flight departure time, from your desired hotel pickup point
For international flights, driver will meet customer near the Globe telecom booth at the Terminal 2 arrival hall.
For domestic flights, driver will meet the customer outside the Terminal 1 arrival area.
If transfer from accommodation, exact pickup time and location will be sent through e-mail after booking.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
