Begin your day early with a convenient pick-up from your hotel or a designated meeting point. Enjoy a comfortable ride in an air-conditioned vehicle, allowing you to relax and take in the beautiful landscapes as you travel towards Oslob. The drive typically takes around 3 hours, giving you time to anticipate the adventure ahead.

Upon arrival in Oslob, you'll be greeted by friendly staff who will provide a detailed safety briefing and instructions on how to interact with the whale sharks. This includes guidelines for snorkeling and ensuring the well-being of these magnificent creatures.

Receive your snorkeling gear (snorkel & life jackets). Make sure everything fits comfortably and listen carefully to the instructions on how to use the equipment properly. Board a local boat designed for whale shark watching. Enjoy the short but scenic ride to the feeding area, where you’ll be treated to beautiful coastal views and may spot other marine life along the way. Upon reaching the whale shark feeding grounds, enter the warm, clear waters. The boat crew will guide you to the best spots for observing the whale sharks. Swim gently alongside these gentle giants as they feed near the surface. The water clarity allows for excellent visibility, so you’ll have a close-up view of their unique patterns and enormous size.
Capture the magical moments with your camera or GoPro. Whale sharks often come close to snorkelers, providing ample opportunities for stunning photos and videos. Remember to keep a respectful distance to avoid disturbing them. After your snorkeling session, return to the boat and take a moment to relax. The boat will take you back to the shore where you can freshen up and change if needed. Take a moment to unwind and enjoy the local scenery.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
