Meeting Point Guests may proceed to our office located in El Nido town proper along the main road. The exact address and Google Map link will be provided after booking confirmation. Please look for our office signage outside the building. Our staff will be wearing a company shirt and will assist you upon arrival. For guests with pick-up within town proper, kindly wait at your hotel lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Our coordinator will call your name upon arrival

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
