With our host, you'll learn the foundations of cocktail balance — how sweetness, acidity, strength, and dilution work together — plus how different techniques and tools (shaking vs. stirring, jiggers, strainers, and proper ice) shape texture, aroma, and flavor. You’ll also discover how garnish is more than decoration: it can transform the scent, enhance the first sip, and elevate presentation. Then you’ll create two signature cocktails hands-on, step by step, in a relaxed, social bar setting using our award-winning gin and carefully selected ingredients. This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
