The sleigh ride takes place outdoors in winter conditions — please dress warmly (hat, gloves, scarf, winter boots).
In case of insufficient snow, the sleigh ride may be replaced with a traditional horse-drawn wagon ride.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time to avoid delays.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Mountain weather can change quickly — the activity may be rescheduled or canceled for safety reasons.
During the bonfire we provide sausages, tea, and basic equipment — you may bring your own snacks if you wish.

When should I book?

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
