Situated at ul. Jagiellońska 31 — five minutes on foot from Krupówki Street, ten minutes from the main bus and train station — it is the only thermal complex in Zakopane itself. No timetables, no connections, no forty-minute ride before you can get in the water.
This combo ticket pairs a visit to Termy Zakopiańskie with a round-trip ride on the Gubałówka cable car — two of Zakopane's most iconic experiences, bookable in one go, with no fixed schedule and no group to follow.
TERMY ZAKOPIAŃSKIE
The complex features two outdoor thermal pools open year-round, with the Tatra Mountains visible on the horizon as you soak. Alongside them: an indoor recreational pool with swimming lanes, a larger pool with water attractions, and a wild river. The water is naturally rich in calcium, sodium, magnesium, potassium, silicon, and sulphur, held at a steady 30–32°C.
Water attractions include hydromassage jets, cascades, geysers, counter-current channels, and jacuzzis. Five water slides run a combined 320 metres. There is a dedicated children’s pool, a toddler area, and a sulphur water pool. The sauna complex — available as an upgrade — includes Finnish, bio, steam, and salt saunas, a winter cabin, graduation tower, and relaxation room.
On site: restaurant, café, gym, bowling centre. Open daily until 10:00 PM.
GUBAŁÓWKA CABLE CAR
The Gubałówka cable car departs from the top of Krupówki Street — the most central cable car in Zakopane. In a few minutes it lifts you to 1,120 metres above sea level, where the full panorama of the High Tatras opens up: Giewont, Kasprowy Wierch, and the Slovak peaks beyond. On the other side, Zakopane spreads out below like a map.
Both tickets are booked through official channels, securing availability even during peak season — when both attractions sell out fast on the day.
This is a self-guided experience. No guide, no fixed schedule. Use the tickets in any order, on any day within the validity period.

- Swimwear, towel and flip-flops required at the thermal baths
- Valid photo ID required for the Gubałówka cable car (ticket issued to a named individual)
- Tickets are redeemed at the Termy Zakopiańskie Ticket Office on Level 1 — please queue even with a pre-booked ticket
- Time at the thermal baths is counted from ticket scan to transponder return at the exit desk
- Pool attractions close at 9:45 PM; after 10:00 PM an additional surcharge of 10 PLN per started 10 minutes applies
- Overstay surcharge: 5 PLN per started 10 minutes per person in the pool zone
- Sauna Zone is textile-free and accessible to adults (18+) only
- Discount tickets require valid documentation at the ticket office
The Gubałówka cable car bottom station is located at the top of Krupówki Street — Zakopane's main promenade. Look for the PKL cable car building, clearly visible and signposted. This is a self-guided experience — no guide or rep will meet you on site. Simply present your e-ticket at the entrance.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
