An Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS smartphone is required. The audio tour is not compatible with Windows Phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Mini 1st generation.
You will need storage space on your phone (100-150 MB)
Free and reduced admission tickets do not have to skip the line privileges and can only be acquired at the ticket booth on-site.
You must bring your own headphones
The self-guided audio tour is designed to start at the Arco do Castelo (Rua do Chão da Feira 25, 1100-129 Lisboa, Portugal). It can be accessed by reaching the Castelo bus station (1100-223 Lisbon, Portugal), which is less than 50 meters from the Arco do Castelo.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
