Start with a glass of Madeira wine. Then, try a tomato soup with bolo do caco, a traditional bread made from flour, sweet potatoes, yeast, water, and salt. Next, enjoy the famous espetada, tasty skewered beef served with french fries, vegetables, salad and fried maize - a typical Madeiran dinner. Then, choose from coffee mousse or a fresh fruit salad. Finish your meal with a coffee and a digestive Madeiran liqueur.
