Join a guided Bike tour to discover some of the city treasures while riding along the bank of the beautiful Douro river.
Bike and bites in Porto: we will discover some of the city treasures while riding along the beautiful Douro river.
We'll start our trip at the historical center of Porto and will ride along the river until we get to the sea. On our way we'll have a "café e nata", we'll visit a fisherman village where we'll eat a "Petisco", together with "Vinho Verde" (traditional wine from the Minho region). We will finish at the historical center of Vila Nova de Gaia where we can admire the beauty of Porto while drinking a glass of Porto Wine.
The route will be mainly flat and easy to ride, making this experience suitable for all ages and physic conditions!
Baby seat available upon request for children up to 25kg.
Other things to note
The sun can be strong, bring sun cream. On windy/rainy days, bring a proper outfit!
Please take note that sometimes, the boat connection between the two banks of the river, which we normally use, is interrupted.
For this reason, we have to cycle uphill until we reach the bridge that will take us to the other side.
If you have any food restrictions, this may not be for you, the places we stop only serve this regional products that can't be replaced.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
