Spend a full day taking in the lovely landscapes of the Douro Valley, traveling in a comfortable vehicle. You will stop to taste the wine and olive oil, and enjoy a traditional Portuguese lunch before a boat ride along the Douro River.
After your pickup in the morning, you will begin your 8–hour tour with a stop at a viewpoint in Peso da Régua to enjoy the views of the entire city. Once there you will have the opportunity to visit 2 wine estates, where a variety of different types of wine are produced, and you can even taste some of these wines.
When lunch time rolls around, you will experience a typical Portuguese meal. Following lunch, your day will not be complete without a relaxing 1-hour ride on a Rabelo boat along the Douro river.
All this will show you the beauty of Douro, and your private guide will be on hand to tell you everything you need and want to know. At the conclusion of your tour you will be returned to your accommodation, after a remarkable day delighting in the views, towns, and the countryside of the Douro region.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
