• There is a minimum requirement of 2 passengers for the flight to depart
• For your safety, the weight limit needs to be no more than 250 pounds per seat/passenger and no more than 490 pounds per flight (either two or three passengers) if you exceed the weight limit, please call the activity provider
• Discover Old San Juan Tour flight time: approx 5 to 6 minutes
• The Enchanted Shore Tour flight time: approx 10 to 12 minutes
• Green Escape flight time: approx 25 to 30 minutes

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
