• The duration of the tour will be between 4 and 5 hours depending on your selected option and traffic
• If you have a flight on the same day of the tour, please inform the local partner the day before
• Dune bashing is not allowed for pregnant women and infants (under 3)
• Casual, loose-fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter
• It is not recommended that you eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing
• Sports shoes are required for sandboarding
• The duration of the tour includes the pickup and drop-off times

You will receive a mandatory temperature check
Pickup available from Doha hotels. The pickup time will at any time within 45 minutes of your booked tour time, depending on your location. For example, if your activity starts at 2:30 PM, you will be picked up between 1:45–2:30 PM. You should be ready at the lobby of your hotel/building from the start of the pickup time (in the case of the example, 1:45 PM) since your driver may arrive at any time from the starting time. If there is any change, you will be notified by WhatsApp, phone call or email.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
