Description

The focus of this tour is the city of Sinaia, the pearl of the Carpathians. Visit the Pelisor and Peles Castles and the Sinaia Monastery, learning about the history behind them and taking in the stunning views of the area.
After being picked up from your accommodation in Bucharest travel to the stunning city of Sinaia. You will start the day in Sinaia by visiting Peles, the palace of the first Romanian king. After your palace visit you take a short walk to the smaller, but equally beautiful palace, Pelisor. After you finish exploring the royal estate you go to the beautiful Sinaia Monastery.

In the afternoon you will take a short drive to Azuga and visit the Rhein Wine Cellar to learn about the production of sparkling wine. Then enjoy some delicious local sparkling wine. End your day by visiting the charming memorial house of the great Romanian composer, George Enescu.
