Description

If you are in Kigali (Rwanda) and want to learn about coffee processing and history of Rwandan Kingdom and why Rwanda is called a country of Thousand Hills; this is an occasion!
Rwanda is one of the best producers of the high-quality Arabica coffee in the world and has its own culture not to miss when you are around. We take you in countryside, at Huye Mountain Coffee, where you learn how coffee is nursed, planted, maintained and harvested. We also visit the factory to understand drying and roasting process then we taste the fresh product. After lunch, we visit the last home of the last King of Rwanda and we tour the modern 1930s royal residence of King Mutara III Rudahigwa, and witness the majestic Inyambo (sacred long-horned cattle) before we drive to Kigali.

We have a short walk, about one hour, within coffee farms. we provide minral water and wlaking sticks.

  • The price covers the full option transport (car, driver, fuel and mineral water). Will also cover activities and guiding cost: Coffee processing activity and entrance to the King Palace and visit Inyambo cows. it will also cover lunch (meal with a soft drink)
NOT INCLUDED
  • The price will not include box of coffee, alcohol drinks, tip and extra services.

When should I book?

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.


Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
