Pick-up & Drop
Orientation: our tour guide will provide you with the necessary gear, run through a quick safety briefing, & give you time to practice on your e-bike before the tour sets off. duration 20min
Tour: you will start the tour at the Harbor Club, specifically at the dive center building where our office is located. From there, you will ride up to "Cas-en-Bas" while keeping in mind that there might be cars on the road. It's crucial to pay attention to your tour guide and follow the policies and regulations set by Sunset bike.
During the tour, you will enjoy an easy and scenic ride on the paved "Road to Cas-en-Bas." For safety reasons, there may be occasions where you will be required to ride on the sidewalks, but this will only be for short periods of time. It's important to adhere to these instructions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Have a fantastic tour!
snack time: For a small additional fee, elevate your journey with a delightful beachside picnic. Don’t worry about refreshments, we’ve got you covered with a complimentary bottle of water and a tasty snack to keep energized along the way.
Return transportation: at the end of your tour you will be provided with transportation back to your cruise, hotel or villa. duration 20min.

Do i need previous biking experience?
No experience is necessary, but you will be asked to sign a waiver stating that you have ridden a bicycle within the past 2 years. If this is not the case we ask that you please take a ride or two before vacation. Our bikes have step-through frames that make it easy to get on and off.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We're located in the Dive Center building, right next to the Harbor Club building in the same parking lot. Look for a peach-colored building with glass doors where you can see the pool – that's where you'll find our office.
To reach us, head into the Harbor Club on Market Street where all the shops are, including the flower shop on the left. Once inside, make a left before you reach the flower shop. You'll see our yellow sign on the floor, which will guide you to the Dive Pool, and our office is the first unit toward the back. Our meeting point will be our office.
For your convenience, we also offer pick-up and drop-off services to the Northern Hotel and Villas. However, if it's more than 15 miles, there will be a fee for the service.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
