• Please be informed that Bouncing Net will be partially closed for maintenance from 23 to 30 October 2024.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Adults are classified as 13 years and older.
• Children are classified as ages 3 to 12.
• Re-entry is not permitted for attractions, except for Canopy Park.
• Canopy Park: Open from 10 AM to 9 PM on weekdays (Mon-Thu) and until 10 PM on weekends (Fri-Sun, Eve & PH).
• Mastercard® Canopy Bridge, Hedge Maze, Mirror Maze, Walking Net, Bouncing Net: Open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM (Mon-Sun, including Eve & Public Holidays).
Please proceed directly to the Mastercard® Canopy Bridge or Complimentary Canopy Park, located on the top level (Level 5) of Jewel Changi Airport, for redemption.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
