·Children under 3 years old (less than 36 months) can ride the bus for free (seated on a parent's lap). Please inform us when you book your tour if you are bringing young children. KRW 30,000/child will be charged if we do not get advance notification.

· Decisions to cancel due to extreme weather will be made on the day of the tour. If the trip is cancelled due to weather problems, you will be refunded in full.
· The insurance of this group is covers passengers in the event of a major personal accident. Passengers are advised to purchase accident insurance of their own.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
