All passes are valid for up to 2 years from the purchase date and only become activated with your first attraction visit. You then have 60 days to use your pass on the remaining number of attractions purchased
The operating hours of each attraction are subject to change. If you are traveling over a holiday period, please make sure to check them before your visit
Customers go straight to attraction or tour, and show their pass at the ticket office or gate to be scanned for admission.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
