Explore Alicante from above with a guided hike along the hidden trails of the Sierra Grossa. Nature, panoramic views, and local history in an authentic experience.
We will meet in front of the Provincial Archaeological Museum of Alicante (MARQ), a central and easily accessible point. From there, we will begin a circular route of approximately 5 km through the Sierra Grossa, a little-known local mountain that holds surprising landscapes and corners steeped in history.
During the walk, we'll follow trails surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, where I'll share historical facts and geological curiosities about the area with you. We'll have quiet moments to enjoy the scenery and also a little bit of adventure: a safe and fun rope climb that adds a special touch to the experience.
Once at the top, we'll stop to take in the spectacular panoramic view: the city of Alicante, Santa Bárbara Castle, the Mediterranean coast, Cabo de Santa Pola and, if the day is clear, even the island of Tabarca. The return trip will take us back to the starting point, ending the tour in the same place where we began: in front of the MARQ.

We will meet in front of the main entrance to the Archaeological Museum of Alicante (MARQ). It is a well-connected location, easy to find on foot, by car, or by public transportation.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
