Description

Discover the coast and the countryside of Cabo de Gata Natural Park in a classic 4x4; the beaches of Genoveses and Monsul, the history of the abandoned Rodalquilar Gold Mines and film locations.
After meeting your guide in San José, you will head out to the Natural Park with your guide 4x4 driver. You will pass through the beach of Genoveses that was considered the most beautiful beach in Andalucia. The first stop of the tour is at the beach of Monsul, where "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" was shooted and in the summer, the tour will stop for a swimming break. Next, you will be driven to Los Albarcoques , a classic white village of the Spaghetti Western films.

Next drive to the El fraile Farmhouse abandoned, where "The God, The Bad and The Ugly" was shoteed and Federico García Lorca was inspired fo his book "Blood Weddings" . After taking in the view, head up to the Gold Mines where the guide will explain you about the great times of the gold in Almeria during the last century.

Last stop of the tour will be La Amatista Balcony where you will appreciate the biggest volcanic mountains of Cabo de Gata Natural Park and an open Mediterranean view. Finally, the guide will drive you to San José to conclude the tour.
