• The minimum age for segway riding is 12 years old. Minors can join a tour on a Segway-mini, electric bike, or e-scooter Xiaomi instead, we have several.
• Participants must weigh 30 to 130 kg (67 to 286 lbs) to ride a Segway
• Trainers will teach you safe Segway driving basics before the tour
• Please note that the number of tour participants can reach up to 30 people at a time, but this will be divided into small groups of 6 people or less. Each small group will have a guide
• Headgear is mandatory. All helmet sizes are provided free of charge
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You must keep social distance while in vehicles

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
