Description

Taste 5 different kinds of wine from Spain, including a cava, white, and several reds. Learn about each wine type from your sommelier guide. Pair the wines with meats, cheeses, nuts, and chocolate.
Taste 5 premium Spanish wines alongside your sommelier from the most popular wine regions. Discover new flavors as you try carefully chosen cheeses, dried meats, nuts, or chocolates to pair with each wine.
Begin your tasting with a glass of cava, perhaps the most important DOs of Spain. Next, move on to a white wine tasting. Your sommelier will choose one specifically for your class from either Rias Baizas (Albariño), Rueda (Verdejo), the Canary Islands (Malvasía Volcánica), or from Basque Country (Hondarrabi Zuri).
Next, sip three different kinds of Spanish red wines from different vintages and grape varieties. Your sommelier will choose ones from the Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Mencía, or Monastrell o Mazuelo.
Finally, round out your tastings with nibbles on cheeses, charcuterie, chocolate, and nuts as you immerse yourself in the flavors of the Spanish terroir's produce. Relax as you complete your tasting and understand more about Spanish wines.
