After picking you up from Bilbao, we will start the tour just outside of San Sebastian, in the town of Getaria, with a visit to a family winery and the opportunity to sample the local Txakoli white wine. Since 1834, grapes have been harvested by hand using traditional methods.

With a breathtaking view, you will sample three different types of wine, paired with small plates of food such as the famous anchovies from Getaria. One of the family members will show you around the winery and explain the winemaking process.

San Sebastian is one of the world's top foodie capitals, with one of the highest concentrations of Michelin-starred restaurants per square metre. Basque tapas, or pintxos as they're known here, have helped elevate the city to the top of the culinary world.

A 'Pintxopote' crawl will immerse you in traditional northern gastronomy. You will be hopping from bar to bar in the Old Town, enjoying the traditional pintxo experience.

San Sebastian has been visited by everyone throughout history, from kings and queens to spies and artists. You will hear  stories about these characters and discover hidden secret spots only locals know about.

You will also have the opportunity to take the best photographs as we take you to the top of Monte Igueldo (one of Europe's oldest theme parks) and to the Comb Of The Wind sculpture designed by the number one Basque Sculptor Eduardo Chillida.
