Guided tasting of 10 cheeses (minimum 6 Canarian cheeses) accompanied by half a bottle of cava, white wine or red wine.
The experience is a guided cheese tasting/workshop, where you will taste at least 6 Canarian cheeses and where we will talk about the exciting world of cheeses: types of milk, curdling, production processes, types of cheeses (pressed, cooked, soft...), and where, of course, we will also taste the gastronomic gems on your plate.
The experience is very enriching and fun and lasts approximately ninety minutes.
Upon your arrival, you'll find the table set with beautiful dishes and wonderful glassware, and we'll ask you whether you prefer white wine, red wine or a sparkling wine, all of the highest quality.
The tasting/workshop begins, and we'll talk about the world of cheese, supported by explanatory videos that will provide a great deal of insight into the production processes.
In the meantime, you'll be tasting and commenting on each of the cheeses.
Then there's a lively conversation about the world of cheese, with anecdotes being shared. Participants are generally cheese lovers.

- A plate with 10 cheeses, half a bottle of wine or cava, a detailed list of the cheeses included in the experience, and an enlightening talk with a food and cheese expert.
NOT INCLUDED
- If you'd like to take home the cheeses you tasted or have more than half a bottle of wine, you'll have to pay for them.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
