This excursion may involve crossing uneven surfaces, slippery rocks, muddy slopes and small climbs and descents.
It is not necessary to know how to swim, just be comfortable in the water. However, please let us know if this is the case.
It is advisable not to participate in this activity for people with back problems. Please inform us of any previous injuries, illnesses or health problems when booking.
Pregnancy is not considered acceptable.
The care of children is the responsibility of an adult.
Our main priority is the well-being of our guests, so there are some restrictions:
- Minimum height. 1.20 meters (3 feet 11 inches);
- Minimum weight. 20 kilograms (equivalent to 44 pounds)
- Maximum weight limit. 120 kilograms (equivalent to 265 pounds).

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
